Promoting socialization, exploration, team building and the overall love of outdoor farm life, these group Therapeutic Recreation sessions are a great way to get these kids and adolescents active and engaged with their peers who have similar interests.

Below are the three groups available for Winter 2022:

Thoroughbreads

Ages: 6-13
When: Tuesdays, 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Start date: January 11th, 2022
Last date: March 15th, 2022
Cost: Fall session total $110 (11 weeks @ $10 per session

Fillies

Ages:
When: Wednesdays, 4:30 - 6:00pm
Start date: January 12th, 2022
Last date: March 16th, 2022
Cost: Winter session total $110 (11 weeks @ $10 per session)

Warmbloods

Ages: 14-18
When: Thursdays, 4:30pm - 6:00pm
Start date: January 13th, 2022
Last date: March 17th, 2022
Cost: Fall session total $110 (11 weeks @ $10 per session)
Max Number of Participants: 5

Note: If participants need hands on assistance with one or more of the following, they must be accompanied by a support person:

  • toiletting
  • eating/food prep
  • basic dressing
  • mobility on even or uneven terrain
  • following 1-2 step instructions

 

What Covid-19 meaures are in place?

Therapeutic Recreation programs will be following the Public Health guidelines that will be in place at the time of your session including daily health screening, physical distancing, frequent hand and facility sanitizing as well as mandatory masking for indoor activities or if distancing is not able to be maintained when outdoors. For our current precautions and policies please refer to our Covid-19 Policy page.

Registration

Program registration will follow our regular seasonal session format that our equestrian programs follow, however an individual may begin at any point as long as there is space remaining.
